3.3 hibagi reserves the right to suspend or lock an Account where suspicious activity is identified, pending investigation. Where a lock is applied to protect the security of the Account, hibagi will contact the registered email address of the Account holder to initiate the verification process.
3.4 You must not access the hibagi Platform using automated scripts, bots, or any form of software designed to simulate human interaction. Any such activity will be treated as Prohibited Conduct under Section 9.
4.1 Deposits to a hibagi Account may be made via the following payment methods available to Bangladesh-based users: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods is subject to change and is displayed at the point of deposit within the Platform.
4.2 All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 unless a different minimum is specified for a particular payment method or promotion at the time of the transaction.

4.4 Deposits are credited to your Account Balance upon confirmation of the transaction from the relevant payment provider. hibagi is not responsible for delays in confirmation caused by third-party payment infrastructure or network issues.
4.5 hibagi reserves the right to decline or reverse a deposit where it suspects fraud, money laundering, or any other form of financial misconduct. Any funds deposited through fraudulent means will be forfeited and may be reported to relevant authorities.
5.1 Withdrawal requests may be submitted by verified Account holders at any time through the withdrawal section of the hibagi Platform. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where technically possible.
5.2 The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit; however, large withdrawal requests may be subject to enhanced verification procedures.
5.3 hibagi aims to process all verified withdrawal requests within 1 to 3 business days of the request being submitted. Processing times may be longer during peak periods, public holidays in Bangladesh, or where additional verification is required. hibagi is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
5.4 All withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of identity verification (KYC) as described in Section 2.4. Withdrawals from Accounts that have not completed KYC verification will be placed on hold until verification is satisfactorily completed.
5.5 Bonus Funds are not withdrawable. Only real-money Balance that meets the applicable wagering requirements (as described in Section 6) is eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw funds that include ineligible Bonus Funds may result in the Bonus Funds being deducted from the withdrawal amount.
6.1 hibagi may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, or other incentives to eligible Account holders. All such promotions are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the promotion is offered, in addition to the general terms set out in this Section.
6.2 Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. 6.3 Validity Period: Bonus Funds and free bets expire after the period stated in the relevant promotional terms. Expired Bonus Funds will be automatically removed from your Account Balance without compensation.

7.1 All bets placed on the hibagi Platform are subject to the specific betting rules applicable to the relevant sport or market type. These rules are accessible within the Platform at the point of bet placement and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
7.2 Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation. Odds are subject to change prior to confirmation. hibagi reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any market without prior notice.
